Founded in 1987, The Karsten Company is a full service construction and development company serving businesses, institutions, and homeowners in the Greater Boston Area. Our clients consider us one of the best full service builders due to the fact that we combine great communication with superior construction skills and experience. We have successfully completed thousands of projects throughout a wide-range of sectors including industrial, educational, residential, office, retail, and healthcare. We have completed several award winning historical restoration projects including the Weymouth Iron Works Headquarters, the Weymouth Electric Mill and the South Weymouth Train Station. In large scale residential, we recently completed the Courtyard at St. George Condominiums in Norwood (the first 40R Smart Growth Zoning project in Massachusetts). On a smaller scale we have completed many individual residential projects from simple bathroom renovations to major additions.
