The Kinder Schools Project

KINDer Schools is a movement dedicated to establishing a culture of kindness in schools, putting learning at the forefront. Our services include leadership coaching tailored for new, struggling, or burnt-out principals and district leaders. Our expertise lies in building a positive, safe, and learning-centered school culture, improving school-wide instructional practices to increase student achievement, creating school-wide management systems, and designing and leading professional learning experiences ranging from effective pedagogical practices to unpacking racial bias & homophobia. Additionally, we assist in developing and implementing customized school-wide Social Emotional Learning plans. Furthermore, we offer Danielson Framework Training as a Framework Specialist with the Danielson Group.
