The Knowledge Bank

At The Knowledge Bank we have spent our entire combined working lives of over sixty years in the people arena; we have seen the employee/employer relationship from perspective of the Trade Union Convenor and the operational ranks of Personnel and Human Resources Departments to the heights of Director. Our experiences have been gained in small and large organisations in both Public and Private sectors. As we now reflect on these years, there is one matter that amazes us. Repeatedly, organisations we have worked with, and for, unnecessarily lose so much knowledge and experience. Not only that, but they are also willing to pay handsomely for the privilege of letting that knowledge and experience walk through the door. It is our joint goal to address this imperfection and allow organisations realise their knowledge and experience asset.
