A historic building from the 1800's that has been transformed into an art haven and the newest event space in Fairfield County. Located on the Pequonnock River on the East Side of Bridgeport, Connecticut. There are 3 event spaces in the building. The SqFt Boat House with it's 1,200 SqFt deck overlooking the river with a maximum capacity of 700. The 1,200 SqFt Armstrong Gallery & The Wilder Gallery that is SqFt. The Boat House has 27' ceilings and 3 massive garage doors that open onto the deck. An open box space with in house lighting, audio and video. There are also 17 Artists Studios in the Building. It is also the future site of a mural park.
