The Ko App
The KO App” is a mobile sports app that provides live updates and news during the NSW Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout, or as it is commonly known, the Koori Knockout! The KO App was developed by Muru Group Founder and CEO Mitchell Ross. Mitchell created the app in the lead up to the 2016 Koori Knockout to provide you with real time updates during the Knockout, so you can keep an eye on how your family, friends, and community are going over the October long weekend. The first version of the app (1.0) was released with basic features only two days prior to the KO and managed to amass 4,500 downloads before the long weekend was over. In 2023, The KO App amassed over users and has become a valuable resource for the Koori Knockout. The new 4.0 version of the app has a new revamped User Interface (UI) and amazing new features.
