Founded in 1987 as a Structural Consultancy, the practice expanded and added Architectural Services in 1992 and Aviation Planning Services in 1996. KPA has successfully delivered its service employing Design-Build, and Accelerated, Phased Delivery methods as well as traditional Design-Bid Build Construction delivery methods. Since inception, The KPA Group has: Successfully designed and engineered projects totaling more than $2.0 billion in successfully completed new constructions. Engaged in major project Design-Build delivery method since 1995. Collaborated on Design-Build projects totaling more than $1.0 billion, in both new and renovated structures. Supported the aviation industry on more than 100 projects for 15 airlines in 40 airports. Completed 50 major historic, municipal and academic buildings retrofits.
