The Labour Relations Agency

The Labour Relations Agency provides free support and information to anyone in Northern Ireland with a workplace issue or query. We offer confidential and impartial guidance to employers and employees. Our advisory services include seminars, workshops and briefings on key aspects of employemnt law and practice, as well as document vetting and facilitation projects. We also have a dedicated Workplace Information Service to take calls about any workplace query on 03300 300. The Agency also provides dispute resolution services such as individual and collective conciliation, mediation, arbitration and independent appeals.
