The Ladder Back Down

The Ladder Back Down® has been created to raise BAME professionals and our allies and youth, until the last one of us has been raised and till our youth see visible positive role models to aspire to be like. We are in this journey called life together, and so #werise together and can only #risebyliftingothers. We provide FREE weekend workshops and mentoring to human beings who- aspire to earn an honest and decent living- aspire to climb the corporate leadership ladder globally, through hard work, dignity and with integrity We have an engaging Telegram Community for professionals of different disciplines to send the ladder back down to aspiring members of the group who are considering a specific discipline. Again, I crave the success of my fellow human being and will not deem myself as successful until the Ladder Back Down® has impacted on the life of as many human beings as we can.
