The Lady Hub is on a mission to create an empowering environment for every woman to feel included, supported and invigorated. About 4 in 5 women report having felt unsafe in a training environment, and over 50% of women sacrifice their wellbeing due to 'mother's guilt' or 'contaminated leisure'(self-care whilst juggling childcare). The Lady Hub will be a one-stop destination for all women (of all demographics) to prioritise their wellbeing and self-care by offering a space that addresses their personal, physical and holistic needs. Whether it's access to an incredible fitness experience, fun co-working spaces, female lead heath practitioners and a huge selection of beauty services, there'll be something for every women, anytime.
