The Landing

The Landing is a new student housing residence designed to provide comfort, convenience, and security. Our house allows the student all the freedoms of the college experience while encouraging thoughtful and progressive personal and academic growth. Our property has 12 beds with two residents to a room. Rooms are not co-ed. Our house is clean, comfortable, and upgraded; designed with the Santa Barbara aesthetic and lifestyle in mind. Living at the Landing comes with many amenities and perks: • Property adjacent to SBCC • One block from the beach and blocks from bus service to downtown Santa Barbara and UCSB • Staff on site every evening and state of the art technologies available for student use to facilitate homework and study requirements • Healthy food provided (meals are not prepared) with a focus on wellness • No alcohol or drugs on property at anytime • House and Bedrooms are fully furnished with new furniture. • Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. • Onsite Laundry • Surveillance on the entire exterior of the property • Keyless coded entry with tracking software • No overnight guests (exceptions made for out of town guests) • Employment opportunities and resume assistance • If requested, life coach and mentoring services available. • Monthly house meeting • Founders have resided in Santa Barbara for 35 years with unparalleled relationships and connections in town • Student “check in” systems in place for the safety of all • With leadership we hope to channel the priorities of our residents into mindful and positive growth for self and others. We encourage socializing and community building in the house. Numerous recreational activities abound in the area, including surfing and paddling boarding at the beach.
