The Launchpad Tanzania

The LaunchPad Tanzania is a not for profit organisation, established in 2017 for the main purpose of contributing to human capital development and sustainable development programs. Our programs are underpinned by Sustainable development and Equitable Inclusion through gender equality and inclusion where we believe in prioritizing those groups in the society who are marginalized (the youth, women and those living with Disability). The Launchpad Tanzania aims to be a one stop civil society organisation that focuses on women and youth advancement programs. Our vision is to promote and enhance sustainable development by using a gender sensitive and youth centric approach in our programs. We are at the heart of Sustainable Development in Tanzania, directly engaging youth, women and people living with disabilities, developing demand driven bespoke development programs with targeted solutions advocating for human capital development, education transformation, gender equality and equitable inclusion as sustainable approaches towards leaving no one behind.
