JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representative! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Answering Outbound calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries and concerns.* Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.* Updating customer information in the database and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.* Providing product or service information to customer and promoting the company's offerings.* Meeting or exceeding daily or weekly call quotas and customer service targets.* Following scripts and call guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service provided.* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowlegde of product, service and processes. QUALIFICATION:* Matric passed * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.* Previous call center or customer service experience may be preferred but not always required.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
