The Leadership Source

Established in 2006 by Major Rocco A. Spencer, Leadership Source was created to provide knowledge of basic and advanced leadership techniques and to shape leadership styles. Molding a group of different races, social norms, religious systems and genders into a fighting team is a challenge that few leaders face. However the fundamental issues of leadership are the same in both military and business. The only difference between these environments is the mission and core values that constitute these two worlds. Through the use of historical and living examples we provide our students with a well rounded view of leadership and group dynamics, thus allowing leaders to better coordinate their daily actions to improve production and obtain their personal goals. Using major Spencer’s 20 years of military experience we introduce a new quality into leadership and motivational trainings. We show how to take an advantage of a potential of a group to fulfill the mission. Every training program is unique. Through close coordination with a company management we can ensure maximum adjustment of the training program to the company’s needs. We provide classroom and outdoor trainings, motivational speeches and a unique leadership skills assessment program for all levels of management. No mission is too difficult.
