Here at the Learning Grove, we believe the foundation of quality education and care is great people. Great people, are what make it possible to provide great education and care and in turn quality outcomes for children and families. At The Learning Grove, we see great people (educators and leaders) as engaged, curious and skilled in their work with children and families. To support Early Childhood, Out of School Hours Care, Family Day Care and Kindergartens in providing quality education and care. We offer evidence based professional development and support this includes workshops, consultancy, mentoring and coaching that is designed to build capacity, engagement, curiosity and knowledge of individuals and whole teams. The Learning Grove is based in North Queensland (NQ) and our team has extensive experience in working with and within Early Childhood, Out of School Hours Care, Family Day Care, Kindergartens and Aboriginal services. With backgrounds in operational, educational and executive leadership, events management, teaching, mentoring and coaching as well as professional learning and training, we are your go to provider here in NQ and beyond. We understand the challenges and the opportunities of operating education and care services in metropolitan, regional and remote location and we pride ourselves on working collaboratively with individuals, services and whole organisations. We work in partnership to identify unique support needs and develop improvement plans designed to build capacity and drive the quality improvements you aspire to achieve for your education and care setting.
