The Learning Palette

The Learning Palette is a learning design studio that helps organisations bridge the gap between knowing and doing. We work with HR and L&D teams to design learning across three distinct needs — knowledge, skills, and work habits — recognising that each requires a different approach. Some challenges need clarity and shared understanding. Some need practice and capability-building. And some need support for better judgment when work feels pressured or ambiguous. Our work focuses on designing learning that fits the realities of everyday work — respecting time, context, and organisational complexity. This includes rethinking course-heavy training, using scenario-led learning where appropriate, and creating targeted learning assets that support clearer thinking and more consistent decisions. We believe learning is most effective when it goes beyond completion and shows up quietly in how people choose, act, and perform at work.
