The Learning Space Scio

When a young person experiences difficulties academically, socially or emotionally, The Learning Space offers a way forward. We support young people with a range of needs, requirements, issues or barriers and help them in a bespoke, flexible environment which meets their needs. We listen and respond to individual situations. We believe that each situation can have a positive way forward. It takes empathy, experience and solution focused approaches to ensure a positive result. We aim to help young people and those around them overcome or understand better, behavioural, emotional and environmental difficulties which may cause barriers to, or distractions from their learning and development. We avoid setting benchmarks against others and aim to provide experiences designed to motivate, support and challenge the young person. Our ultimate goal is to empower young people so that they will feel successful, confident and more in control of their lives.
