Home to 55 playfully chic bedrooms and suites, Jean–Georges at The Leinster, The Collins Club, a luxury boutique gym & thermal suite experience from the experts behind POWER and The O’Dwyer Suite event space. It’s expertly designed by Dublin’s ODAA and Henchion Reuter Architects and Interior Designer firm ODonnell O’Neill Design, The Leinster fuses classic architecture with Parisian boutique style chic featuring bold modern patterns, tactile materials, and captivating marble veining, creating a mixture of classical and contemporary styles and is set to be one of the most aesthetically impressive openings of the year! The rooftop restaurant, Jean-Georges at The Leinster, has been expertly and lovingly curated by the acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, marking his groundbreaking first foray into Ireland, and following in the footsteps of his restaurants in London, New York, Paris and Kyoto. A friend of Dublin, Jean-Georges has been heavily involved in the construction of the restaurant, working closely alongside The Leinster’s culinary team led by Head Chef Ross Bryans. The Collins Club is a dazzling space, a destination in itself and a place of constant fun. The food & drinks list is a masterpiece and has been meticulously curated and designed around the finest method and ingredients. The nods to Georgian glam are clear with dimmed lighting, ceilings adorned with decadent details, and a bar drenched in the most luscious shade of crimson.
