The Lemmon Foundation (TLF) exists to repair the systems that shape work across the entertainment ecosystem. We start inside the industry, listening to artists, creators, crews, staff, and local organizers. Then we map what is really happening on the ground and translate those realities into frameworks, standards, and structural options that institutions and organizations can use. Our work focuses on healthier ways of working, more sustainable business cases, and a higher standard of care for people across shows, productions, tours, programs, and companies. When the work appears successful but people are depleted or the numbers collapse, we treat that as failure. The Lemmon Foundation works across live, recorded, and digital formats and partners with cities, funders, governments, unions, education systems, industry bodies, and organizations operating in or around entertainment. We function as a structural and strategic partner, not a production vendor or public-relations shield.
