The Liminal Place

Liminal places are transitional by definition and change is often uncomfortable, but it’s only in the uncomfortable in-between spaces, that growth and learning can happen. The stubbornness of gender bias is rooted in society’s belief systems and for meaningful change to happen it’s important to raise awareness so we can start shifting attitudes in creating workplaces that are blind to gender.
