Business and life intersect every day. It’s time for business and community leaders to embrace planning in companies and departments. We now have three generations in the workforce - each responding differently to situations/events. It’s time to get beyond fear and take empowered action while living. It matters that we interweave the “what is” with the “what if’s”. The pain and disruption when people/businesses have yet to consider contingencies is tremendous.
