The Logistics Group Tlg

The Logistics Group was formed late 2018 after the unbundling of all the logistics assets in Capespan and had its roots in SA port terminals since the 1980's. In April 2022 The Logistics Group was acquired through one of the largest empowerment transactions yet in South Africa involving a logistics company when private equity fund African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) and the Mokobela-Shataki Consortium brought TLG into their fold. Up until then, The Logistics Group had been part of the listed Zeder Group. Since 2019 The Logistics Group has been implementing a corridor strategy to create an efficient supply chain through our companies, linking all our terminals and capabilities throughout Southern Africa. With forty years of experience, TLG is today an empowered logistics giant in South Africa and beyond. We are set to become the leader in Southern Africa corridor logistics through our entrepreneurial spirit and the amazing team of people that calls TLG their home.
