The Lotis Engineering Group, P.C.(Lotis), is an experienced group of engineers, scientists and biologists providing high-quality and personalized environmental consulting services. Lotis was established in 2007 and has provided over environmental site assessments in all 50 states, Canada and the Caribbean. Lotis has experience specializing in a wide range of environmental assessment, regulatory and remedial services. Our highly qualified, personable, and motivated staff work with our clients to navigate the maze of State and Federal regulations in order to find innovative and cost-effective solutions to time-sensitive problems. Our philosophical approach to every project is to first develop an understanding of the client's needs. This allows Lotis to develop a detailed scope of services within our proposal to meet client goals and objectives. As we proceed through the processes, constant dialogue is maintained between the client and project team through team member meetings, telephone calls and e-mails. Lotis’ clients include private, commercial and industrial property owners, national communications companies, financial institutions and developers.
