The Lotus Haven

The Lotus Haven is an outpatient mental health clinic located in the Atlanta and Griffin areas. Our mission is to provide primary, secondary, and tertiary interventions to help individuals achieve optimal level of care as it relates to mental and physical health. The Lotus Haven is owned and operated by Board Certified Nurse Practitioners Tyronjala Gainey-Grant PMHNP-BC and Ayjanah Moore-Phillips FNP-C,PMHNP-BC. We are excited about joining the community and would like to share with you the services and treatment options that we provide. At The Lotus Haven our goal is to offer a safe haven for our clients while helping to improve their psychological and physical well-being. Our services include psychiatric assessments, medication management, pharmacogenetic testing, telepsychiatry, therapy, and IV nutrient services. Some of the common diagnoses that we treat are depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and post-traumatic stress disorder. Although our primary focus is Mental Health, we do offer treatment services for some minor illnesses, vaccinations, and wellness prevention services. We accept most major insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, CareSource, Amerigroup and Humana) and offer affordable self-pay options.
