The Mallows Company, under the leadership of its founder and director Rachel Mallows, has been providing a complementary range of services to businesses, charities, organisations and individuals since 1988. We provide careers guidance, training, mentoring & executive coaching, employer engagement, marketing, events management & much more across Northamptonshire & beyond. We have been an 'Investor in People' since 1994 and in 2004 achieved the Matrix Standard for information, advice and guidance - an accreditation held to the present day. We have been awarded local government and European Social Fund contracts and are proud to work with Jobcentre Plus as a 'Positive About Disabled People' employer.
