The Manzil Project

Who are we? The Manzil Project is a charity that is based in Pakistan and aims to provide free-of-cost resources to orphans, widows, and to underprivileged individuals. The fundraising campaign that was created in 2018, puts those who have nowhere to go and those who are in dire need of help, first. Our vision: The aim is to bridge the gaps between disparities in health, financial resources, & aid so that these individuals are supported & their needs are met in the most dignified manner. Everything we do at the Manzil Project is driven by our mission, values, and ethos. Our mission: To create a safe space for underprivileged & disadvantaged individuals to feel acknowledged, supported, & welcomed. Creating resources through fundraising & allocating these resources is very important to us. Our Values-Compassion -Empathy -Advocacy -Empowerment -Justice -Person-centered care -Trauma-informed care -Non-Judgement Our Ethos: This organization was founded on an Islamic vision so our culture and practices are driven by the Islamic Faith based on the Qur’an & the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). We have welcomed staff, volunteers, and supporters from all faiths to be a part of this project irrespective of their faith, background, creed, and culture. We do not expect anyone at the Manzil Project to subscribe to the Islamic faith, just to understand and acknowledge our values.
