The MAPS Institute is dedicated to helping people find and sustain balance in their lives so that they can simultaneously be healthier, more productive and effective at work, have deeper and more fulfilling relationships, and most importantly, live a more meaningful life. As a community, we explore together and learn from each other, but we are also guided by a team of world-class experts in a wide range of fields including medical doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, mindfulness practitioners, fitness experts, business leaders, and many more.
