About The MAS Project is a solutions oriented think tank focused on increasing access and opportunity to multicultural brands and customers in the retail sector. The Founders have joined forces to ask tough questions, talk to thought leaders and retail professionals, provide opportunities for conversation and share best practices as we dive into challenges and potential solutions that will hopefully grow retail into a better, stronger, and more equitable and socially responsible industry. Retail is at an inflection point.
