THE MASTER NEGOTIATORS is a small, family-owned company founded by Robert and Kathleen Foren in May 2007 that buys, rehabs, sells, and leases nice homes in nice neighborhoods utilizing several different programs to fit your specific need. We are private investors - not realtors. What makes us different is that we are willing to work with people that want to own their own home, but have bruised credit and don't know how to fix it. We teach our tenants step by step what they should do to get their credit where it needs to be by the end of their lease so they will be able to qualify for a traditional bank mortgage and buy us out. We also have over 10 years property management experience to work with landlords who have grown tired of playing the landlord game. We are a Accredited Business; and provide safe, affordable housing to the public.
