The Match Exchange explained: MX may be compared to Twitter. You sometimes have something to say, and you want to connect with followers interested in hearing what you have to say. Your followers are permanently connected to you, and both you and your followers have the peace of mind that when you say something, you will reach them. MX does the same with a Scout. A Scout permanently connects farmers and buyers with the same objectives; for example, a soybean farmer wants to connect with all buyers who wish to buy soybeans from him. Like your followers on Twitter, your Scout connections are always on. To create a Lot on MX is a bit like a Tweet; you do this when you want to communicate something specific to your followers. It is here where the Magic of MX goes to work. Your Lot says to your Scout connections (Followers) that you are now ready to sell a portion of your crop. Like Twitter, both farmers and buyers want to grow their Followers (Scout links) so that when you Tweet (create a Lot), as many as possible Followers know about your Lot. And this is how you do price-discovery and get the right price.
