The Mediation Shop
Our Five Step Process 1. Initial Contact Call for a telephone interview to determine if your conflict is suitable for mediation. Second Party Confirmation Because mediation is voluntary, the mediator will need to speak with the other party to ensure their willingness to participate. Individual In-Take Sessions The mediator meets with each party individually to fully explain the process and to establish the issues. Joint Sessions The mediator conducts joint sessions with the parties until the issues are resolved. Mediation Report The mediator produces a Mediation Report that outlines everything that has been agreed to.
