Founded in 2013, The MendCenter is on a mission to shatter the silence surrounding chronic mental illness. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care, education, unwavering support, and passionate advocacy, all aimed at transforming the lives of individuals who grapple with the challenges of chronic and severe forms of mental illness. We firmly believe that every individual, regardless of their diagnosis, deserves the opportunity to reclaim their sense of self and purpose. Our specialized team of clinicians and staff stands at the forefront of this transformative journey. We offer a diverse array of supportive, diagnostic, and clinical services, ranging from residential care to intensive outpatient day programs, acute stabilization interventions typically only received in hospital settings, and traditional individual therapy. What sets us apart is our unique expertise in the treatment of serious mental illness—a rare specialty, especially outside a hospital setting. Unlike many private care facilities, we have intentionally minimized our admissions criteria.
