The Merstham Mix

The Merstham Mix is a brand new café aiming to bring together the local community and provide healthy and affordable meals – plus great coffee – for everyone. In response to the huge issue of global food waste, The Merstham Mix uses ingredients donated from local supermarkets and other food businesses – food that is still perfectly good to eat but that for one reason or another is destined to go to waste. We offer a daily special of a hot and wholesome meal made from our food donations and available at a price that makes it affordable to everyone. We will also offer a full café menu which has been designed to be both wholesome and tasty. Promoting healthy, home-cooked food is a key objective of the café.
