The Middleware Group

The Middleware Group was formed to provide middleware services, products and niche capability to the New Zealand and Australian market place. It is made up of three wholly owned subsidiaries- Middleware New Zealand, a solution based consultancy services company founded on passion, expertise, quality, independence and trust- Glueware, a Middleware product company providing boutique middleware tools focused on accelerating industry innovation- The Black Belts, a placement company that sources and provides specialist middleware and programme capability to the New Zealand market. Our strategy focusses on enabling open industry innovation through its ‘Open Everything’ strategy. Open Everything is creating a world where organisations across all industry sectors can interact and communicate seamlessly, giving people and businesses access to a wealth of information and insights to make informed decisions about every aspect of their daily lives. At its heart, it’s a shift towards data ownership that puts control back where it belongs; in the hands of the people, not just the organisations that happen to hold it.
