As the Oracle Tech Stack evolves so does the skills marketplace; with continual integration of legacy technologies and consolidation of the software companies and consulting organisations behind them into the Oracle brand, once disparate skill groups in the freelance market are now expected to inter-operate across technologies assimilated from different sources and sectors. To stay abreast of this evolution and the incoming skill-groups requires a solid understanding of the product set and landscape, so as to be able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates alike.
