The Midlife Haven

I am a Specialist Midlife and Menopause Coach and Speaker, and through my Group Programmes and Individual Transformational Coaching and Mentoring Consultations in The Midlife Haven, I help women to start living their very best midlife. Having worked as a Women’s Health Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor for over 30 years, I’ve now undergone specialist menopause training with the British Menopause Society, in order to be able to transform the lives of menopausal women, by empowering them with the knowledge and strength through a blend of clinical and therapeutic approaches. Ways to work with me- Via my book, Midlife, Menopause and Me, and by joining my facebook group, The Haven - The Midlife Haven 6 Week Group foundations programme - increase your basic knowledge about menopause and how to manage symptoms, sharing experiences with other women and learning together. You can also add individual sessions to this to begin to relate the learning to you - The Midlife Haven Transformation Programme - working individually with me for 4 sessions over 3 months. This is where we work deeper together to really delve into YOUR ‘midlife’ and ‘me’ parts of menopause, using clinical and therapeutic techniques.
