The Mill is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design firm that works across areas of architecture and interior design in a mix of residential, commercial and government sectors. We have a special passion for creating beautiful, climate-responsive housing. We feel that home is truly a sacred space and deserves to be considered accordingly. We believe in designing intimate, thoughtful spaces for our clients that we work hard to deliver together with builders who share our love of craftmanship over scale. Led by directors, Shannon Battisson (Architect) and Sarah Welsh (Interior Designer), we have over 25 years of experience between us. We are focused on building transparent client relationships, long-term sustainability, and cost-effective service to provide clients with designs that are considered from all angles, and are the most efficient, economical and pleasing resolution for a design.
