In that role he oversaw 33 radio stations, each with their own distinct sites and social products across Cleveland and 9 markets in Northern Ohio. As Region President he was responsible for revenue generation, ratings, expense control and profitability for his group. Beyond marketing, he understands a business leader's role in sales, cost containment and effective operations for profit. In Mincer's 30+ year career in the broadcast industry, he has partnered with hundreds of clients on successful marketing campaigns.
