We have been successfully conducting Group coaching workshops for working professionals, Managers, Business Heads and Entrepreneurs. 1 to 1 Coaching : We have been enabling individuals in their journey of transition and transformation both in their personal and professional spaces. We have coached CXO’s, Leaders, Managers, Professionals and Entrepreneurs Facilitate Conversations: To enable our clients to get unstuck or to pace up their actions, we use a variety of facilitative tools and conversations. Co Founders: Varsha Chitnis and Monika Divekar Varsha Chitnis - Varsha has been working with CXO’s, Senior and Middle Managers from Corporates; Business Owners and Promoters. With over 500 hours of coaching experience, she has enabled individuals and groups in enhancing their agility to transcend through diverse and dynamic cultural and business environments. She is an ICF Certified Coach and Facilitator Monika Divekar -Monika has been a Communication and Behavioral specialist for over two decades. She is an ICF Certified coach and NLP Practitioner and has coached CXOs and Promoters and facilitated them in arriving at their personal and professional strategic goals and the road map to achieve them.
