Why or Our Purpose: We started The Mindmine Academy to enhance organisational effectiveness through Behavioural Sciences. Our tagline || वृत्तिशासत्रेण उत्कर्षः||(Excellence through Behavioural Sciences) sums up our purpose well. How do we achieve this? People’s behaviour is a product of their volition and the contexts within which they operate. It is important for the success of any People Intervention, that both be considered. We do this by facilitating sustainable and measurable behavioural change in organisations; through building individual, team and leadership excellence. Often, this requires multiple interventions including Skills Training, Experiential Learning, Individual & Team Development, and Contextual changes: like changes in the Role, Policies, Culture, Norms, Rules, Supervision and opportunities for growth. We are also sole India Partners for MyBrain International UK, a UK based firm that has created the MiND Tool(R), based on research in the field of Neuroscience. We have been conducting Certification Programmes on the MiND Tool(R) for the last five years.
