The Mochi Shop is a family bakery business owned and operated by Kaori Becker and Junna Kanazawa in Columbus, Ohio. Kaori is a cooking instructor, mochi-maker and author of "Mochi Magic". She has been making mochi and loves using traditional and modern Asian flavors in her baked/steamed goods. Junna is a professional nail technician at Penzone Salons, and an amazing food stylist with an eye for design and style. In 2020, Kaori Becker and Junna Kanazawa decided to launch The Mochi Shop.
