The Modern Rustic

We make modern rustic furniture for contemporary homes and creative spaces. Everything is hand made, custom sized and comes from a commitment to thoughtful, considered design. Making our solid wood and steel furniture by hand. locally, avoids reliance on mass production, long distance shipping or unnecessary air miles. Working from our rural studio and workshop in the North of England, we use ethically sourced materials and time-honoured, craft-led production methods. Each piece of solid Ssh or Scandinavian Redwood is expertly graded, kiln-dried, and then paired with heavy-duty UK manufactured steel, ensuring every table we produce is robust, beautiful, and built to last. We don’t just make furniture; we create enduring pieces that bring quality, purpose, and craftsmanship into everyday living.
