A Bay Area native, The Modern Vic took root in owner Sarah’s childhood homes. Growing up with parents who actively lived in and restored Bay Area fixer-uppers, she saw for herself the power of transformation. This background became the basis for The Modern Vic’s founding principles. The belief in the potential for remarkable transformation, appreciation for architectural heritage, and the passion for giving clients the hand-held support they need to realize their own beautiful spaces.
