Katie Workman is a cook, a writer, a mother of two, an activist in hunger issues, and an enthusiastic advocate for family meals, which is the inspiration behind her two beloved cookbooks, Dinner Solved! and The Mom 100 Cookbook. Published in 2012, The Mom 100 Cookbook was Katie’s first book. It was nominated for an IACP award and selected by Cooking Light as one of the best 100 books of the past 25 years. In her second book, Dinner Solved, published August 2015, Katie continues her ingenious fork-in-the-road approach to cooking for families—here are 100 recipes with easy variations so that everyone at the table is happy, including the cook.
