Are your customers impulsive or compulsive? Are your customers loyal or fickle? What do they need, or what do they want? Most importantly, do you know your customers? This is easy to say in words, not only coming at you from a web page, but also coming at you from someone you haven’t even met! We intend to change all that, and you should too! Not only do we want you to get to know all about us and how we can help your business, we want to help you find out everything about your most important and vital asset – your customer! You might have the most wonderful business in the world, but if you can’t demarcate the impulsive from the compulsive or the one-offs from the repeats, then you might as well close up now, because it may be that you plainly haven’t a good understanding of the customer.
