After being in the business for 7 years on her own, Allie Kirby desired to build a team of strong, intelligent, and kind hearted women, based on the values that have grounded and guided her through it all. She was inspired & driven, by the birth of her children, Royce and Selma, to create something more from her passion of helping people through transition and ultimately leave a legacy for her children. She is motivated by her teammates’ own goals and works daily to help them seek financial freedom and flexibility as the mothers, wives, and leaders of the home that they are.
