The Morphic Institute

The Morphic Institute is a boutique consulting and research center dedicated to redefining trauma response and strengthening resilience at the personal, organizational, and national levels. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Zohar Rubinstein, The Morphic Institute grew from a complexity-focused consultancy into a trauma- and resilience-leadership institute, helping organizations operate and recover in high-pressure, crisis-exposed environments. The name “Morphic” reflects our core idea: giving shape to human and organizational complexity rather than forcing it into simplistic, linear models. We develop and apply original, field-driven frameworks such as Advanced Psychological First Aid (APFA), the Pulse 5 – From Trauma to Resilience in Organizations model, and the Structured Lesson-Learned Process (SLLP) for turning real-world experience into practical organizational learning. Through consulting, training, and custom programs (including online mentoring and leadership courses), we support organizations facing trauma, critical events, and ongoing uncertainty—helping them navigate human complexity, overcome adversity, and build durable resilience. Today, under the leadership of Oren Rubinstein, the Morphic Institute continues to shape how organizations prepare for, respond to, and grow from crises.
