We are able to assist with all kinds of remuneration methods from full time PAYE employed, fixed term contractors, short term day or hourly rate contractors (both inside and outside of IR35), sole traders, Limited Company Directors and Partnerships. We are extensively experienced in placing mortgages for Contractors based upon a multiple of the Contractor's day or hourly rate and have access to specific lending criteria pertinent to these types of clients.
