The Movement & Running School

We have over 20 years’ experience in training and developing running technique, speed and quickness and agility in athletes from a variety of sports. We have brought all of this experience together in developing our unique coaching methodology. The Running School™ methodology is a comprehensive biomechanical model which improves running technique, running efficiency, running speed and reduces injuries. This enables runners from beginners to elite level to change their running technique and to be able to be the best they can be. The idea for The Running School™ started in 1991 and was implemented under Sport Dimensions in 1996. The Running School™ was launched as an entity in April 2009 through the Chiswick Centre in London. The Running School™ has worked with thousands of people since the opening, both in the centre and in group sessions outside, and the results are always the same. Through the coaching methodology, people can be taught how to move better, how to run more efficiently and how to run faster. The Running School™ has had a good many years of practising the protocols to prove that the coaching methodology and training programmes work. The age of The Running School™ clients varies greatly ranging from 6 years of age to 78 years of age and great pride is taken in helping them achieve their goals.
