We are committed to supporting you in providing your little ones the best possible start in We will never compromise on the following non-negotiable minimum standards. All of our nanny, governess and babysitter candidates have- a minimum of 18 years of age - a minimum of 2 years experience working with children - a current Working with Children Check - a current First Aid Qualification - a full driver’s license and - impeccable references We evaluate candidates based on the following criteria- Educational background - Passion for working with children - Experience - Professionalism and drive - Emotional Intelligence Candidates are also encouraged to- obtain an annual Federal Police Check - obtain public liability insurance - hold a minimum childcare qualification as advised by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority Partake in professional development workshops/ seminars All our governesses, nannies, maternity nurses, mannies and babysitters must pass a vigorous 5 step screening and application process before being put forward for positions.
