Our Story: The NETWORK was born because of a need; a need for trusted partnerships, a sense of urgency, and the feeling of connection. Starting in the real estate industry in 2002 as a loan officer, our now Managing Partner, Sean Najera quickly learned that in order to be successful and deliver on the promises made as a loan officer, as a production partner, as a real estate agent, and as a Managing Partner - he needed to ENGAGE and be aligned with equally driven professionals, he needed to EDUCATE himself and others in the always changing, multi-faceted real estate industry, and EMPOWER those he worked with to use the partnerships and the expertise developed within their networks to move towards the common goal… to create a “home” where all of your industry needs are met – The Network; your premier connection hub for all things real estate.
